TNA Oil & Gas Consultancies has successfully concluded a new Hydrocarbon Production Chain training program in Bata, Equatorial Guinea, held from Monday, June 22nd to Wednesday, June 24th. Once again, TNA brought together professionals eager to sharpen their expertise across the three core pillars of the industry - Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream- in a program designed to turn technical knowledge into real, applicable skill.

Why This Training Matters - For Professionals and Companies Alike

Equatorial Guinea's energy sector is evolving fast, and the professionals and companies who invest in specialized training today are the ones who will lead it tomorrow. TNA's Hydrocarbon Production Chain program was built with exactly that in mind: not a theoretical overview, but a hands-on, practical journey through exploration and production, transportation and processing, and refining and distribution  giving participants a complete, connected understanding of how the industry actually works from end to end.

For professionals, this means walking away with skills they can apply immediately. For companies, it means a stronger, more capable, more confident team without having to look outside the country to find that expertise.

Learn Directly From Industry Leaders

Participants trained directly with Rafael Mayer, CEO of Bioko Oil Services, and the TNA team, gaining access to the kind of real-world, industry-tested knowledge that's hard to find in a classroom. This is what sets TNA's programs apart: it's not generic training, it's mentorship from people who work in the sector every day.

Backed by Meren, Built for Equatorial Guinea

This program was made possible thanks to a grant from Meren, whose continued support reflects a shared belief: that investing in local talent is one of the most valuable investments the energy sector can make. It's a partnership model that shows what's possible when companies commit to building capacity from within and it's a model TNA is proud to keep expanding.

Ready to Take the Next Step?

Every program TNA runs is proof of the same idea: that Equatorial Guinea has the talent to lead its own energy future , it just needs the right training to unlock it.
